It was all easy to get put together by directions. But to get it set up with my phone was difficult. But when I called customer service the man who answered was very helpful and very patient
Received the treadmill a few days ago. Good condition except for a column adjustment knob which was apparently damaged in handling. Setup was straight forward. After some minor testing the belt was lubricated and adjusted slightly. The belt length is ok for ~5'6"- 5'8" (32" inseam) at a longer stride (jogging/running). Tested at 6mph (a full run for me) and will go to 10mph (faster than I can go). The belt length may be too short for taller people. I think the belt length is average for foldable home treadmills as I had one about 25 years ago. Early review is a decent treadmill at a good price.
It works fine except it go damaged in transit and the plastic piece that covers the belt on one side where it has a screw broke off, so now it’s loose.
I ordered my walking pad on January 3 and it was in stock. The site said 5-7 business days for me to receive it. I didn't receive my walking pad until January 22. In that time, I emailed the company asking about my pad and never received any kind of response. When I finally got it, I love it. It's easy to use and I can get my walk in no matter what the weather outside is. It was easy to get up and running (basically just pull it out the box and go).
So far no issues it works great so far. Will update after more use.
