Saw ad come across Facebook. Was hesitant buying from Facebook ad. Shipping was super fast got it in like 4-5 days. Started using next day. Was confused about the pitpat app that is needed for this treadmill. After 3 days usage I'm loving it. Started slow at 10 min then 20 then 30 mins of walking. Today I'm doing 40 min. Nice to have in house for a brisk walk. Good purchase thanks
My daughter purchased this for me. Let me just say I really like this treadmill. It is very user friendly and the set up isn’t complex at all. One thing I don’t like about the machine is its narrowness which makes me have to actually focus more on my steps and I don’t like that. I feel like I have to walk in formation. I don’t feel as free as I’d like to, so that puts a little strain on my workout. I typically walk outside so my steps are wider. However, performance wise, it definitely gets the job done, gives me a good sweat, and I can feel the burn so OVERALL, I would recommend.
Bought this to try and move more while working at a desk and it works wonders. I’m now able to walk while working although the unit can make a little noise, so I don’t recommend during video calls.
It’s lightweight and easy to move if you want to sit down or vice versa. Definitely worth the investment!

The delivery was quick and once I got the box in the house, set up was simple.
My only negative comment would be that I was not aware that I HAD to download the PitPat app to get started. Additionally, I did have to contact Customer Service a few times to get the steps to actually activate the machine. So the statement, that you can just unpack the treadmill and start walking was a bit misleading.
Other than that, my experience with the Customer Service Agent was pleasant and she was helpful.

We had been shopping for a treadmill we could use at home to avoid having to travel to the gym when we only had 20 minutes or so to spare. This treadmill arrived in perfect shape, went together easily, and works perfectly. It is well built and durable. Very pleased with the purchase and the company.
