Base assembly covers one eligible DeerRun machine. Additional installation time is charged only when required.

Base Assembly Service Professional in-home setup for one eligible machine.
$350 per machine
Additional Labor Additional installation time when required.

Return Trip Fee May apply to applicable customer-related return visits.

Important Service Terms

Inspect your equipment after delivery

Check the machine and packaging for visible damage. If you notice a machine-related issue, contact DeerRun Customer Support before installation.

Appointment confirmation

Our service provider will coordinate the visit with you. Appointment details are generally confirmed 24-48 hours in advance.

Refund policy

Once the on-site appointment time has been confirmed, the Expert Assembly service fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Please contact DeerRun Customer Support at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late rescheduling may result in a $200 Return Trip Fee.

Room placement, assembly, function check and cleanup are completed.

DeerRun Protection

Machine-related return visits are covered by DeerRun.

If the technician cannot complete the scheduled installation, or a second visit is required because of a machine-related issue, DeerRun will cover the related service cost.

Important things to know.

These conditions help ensure your installation can be completed efficiently when the technician arrives.

Expert Assembly is available only for eligible DeerRun equipment.

One Expert Assembly service covers one eligible machine.

The equipment must already be delivered to the service address before the assembly appointment.

Please ensure the access route and selected installation room are reasonably accessible before the technician arrives.

Additional labor beyond the base service scope may be charged at $80 per additional hour.

Once the appointment time has been confirmed, the assembly service fee becomes non-refundable.

If a customer-related issue prevents the scheduled service from being completed, a $200 Return Trip Fee may apply.
