I'm really happy with my Z20 Walking Pad. It was easy to set up, works well, and I'm excited to be using it with my standing desk. The product itself has been a great purchase.
The reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of my customer service experience.
I contacted support because the walking belt needed to be aligned. The instructions that came with my unit were outdated, and the representative confirmed that newer instructions exist. She asked how we had attempted the alignment, and I explained that we had followed the instructions included with the machine. Before I could finish explaining, she repeatedly interrupted me to tell me we had done it wrong—even though we were simply following the directions we had been given.
When I asked if she could provide the updated instructions, her response was, "If you stop talking, I can tell you." I found that comment unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
I understand that mistakes happen and that instruction manuals get updated. My frustration wasn't that the original instructions were outdated—it was the way I was spoken to while trying to explain the situation.
I still recommend the Z20 Walking Pad because I've been very pleased with the product itself. I just hope the company places more emphasis on providing customer service that matches the quality of its products.
My z10 is squeaky at times and dented on the pink metal support bar. It's also super cute pink and fun to walk on. Don't walk barefoot on it at all...15 minute walk gave me rug burn badly on the bottoms of my feet from the friction of briskly walking and the texture of the belt. I have three huge foot blisters now. 🙃
I received my walking pad on Sunday and set it up the same day. So easy to set up and easy easy to use.
Received mine about a week ago. Used everyday to walk and run. Incline is very nice. The machine itself is smoother than I expected. Easy to get started and very straightforward. If you want a solid, less expensive option to get some steps or training, highly suggest.
There's only two things missing with this model. Surprisingly, there is no on/off button on the instrument panel (it's down near the floor), and there is no "pause" feature. Other than that I LOVE it! It performs well, is quiet and I love the large pad size. The incline responds quickly. I would recommend it to anyone.
