To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@deerruntreadmill.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will generate a return shipping label for you and arrange for courier pickup. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. For orders that have not yet been shipped, you can also exchange your item directly on this page for any reason, including out-of-stock issues. If your order has already been shipped, we will need to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) regardless of whether you have received the item yet.

After our warehouse confirms receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 72 hours. Please allow an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, as processing times vary by bank and credit card company.
