TL/DR: Great for moderate cardio workout, but certain individuals may require assistance when setting up and/or transporting.
A great treadmill for moderate activity level cardio. I purchased this treadmill due to a health issue requiring daily moderate cardio, and it works perfectly for this. Comes in package fully assembled (has a detachable cellphone stand which is essy to install requires no tools) and is easy to fold and unfold for transporting and storage. It has built in rollers to facilitate transporting and is relatively thin, which helps with storage. It comes with simple instructions and a small kit for maintenance. It features easy to use controls and includes a remote control, the aforementioned cellphone stand. It can wirelessly connect to your cellphone, which you can use to track your progress via an app (must be downloaded to your phone using a provided QR code).
My only issues with the treadmill is that it is relatively heavy (approx 80lbs/40kg) and setup requires deep stooping and/or bending, so individuals with certain health/mobility issues may require assistance with transport and setup of this treadmill.
Overall, a very good treadmill for moderate cardio exercise at a very reasonable price, and highly recommended.
