I love my new walking pad. It works great and was easy to set up.
It definitely is something to get used to. The length is scary when you hit the back roller. I really do love the idea of this machine though. Its great, compact and very useful.
Going from full size equipment to a walking pad itself is challenging. Nice quality and quiet unless I use the manual hand adjustment incline which is 7% or nothing. With incline it does make a noise. I can get a decent workout but need to keep my stride a little tighter, I am 5’5”. I am almost 68 and am a daily walker. This does handle all my needs for walking up to 3.7mph.
I’m so in love with my walking pad. I don’t have time to go to the gym anymore with a busy schedule but this gets my back on track. Al’s it’s helping my build strength in my leg I broke my left femur two years ago and I’m destined to get back to 100.
