My order took 6 weeks to arrive, however both me and my son have used it every day so far and are loving it.
Omg! Absolutely love this treadmill. So happy I treated myself to it. So far I’m up to 3.5 miles in one day. When I get off the treadmill I feel like a new person.
We purchased the Raceable version which is no longer listed here. The main advantages are 6 inches longer surface area, the support arms that are vertically adjustable, and that they are mounted outside the frame. These are big advantages because the arms adjust to different people and running versus walking. The arms are also about 6 inches further apart which give you more room to move around, move your arms, etc... We originally purchased the Z10 12% Auto Incline Smart Walking Pad but returned it because we felt it was too small (6 inches shorter surface area) and had a feeling of being unstable and too easy to step off if you were not focusing on looking precisely down at the screens. We did not want a separate accessory support bracket. This machine is WAY more stable, heavier, and roomier. Well worth the extra money. One important note... the description of this machine is incorrect. You cannot use the lower and upper screens at the same time. If/when you have the support arms upright, only the upper display screen works. When you lower it, you can hear the solenoid switch click and then only the lower display screen works. Kudos for the company... The process for returning and placing a new order for this replacement unit went fairly quickly. Slight delay initially waiting for the return label, but after that the refund for the returned item was quick and easy. Customer Service was VERY helpful and understanding. We've had it for a couple of weeks now and everyone using it likes it. It was initially a little noisy but I'm guessing the lube oil spread out and now it is quiet. Had to adjust the belt alignment, but the internet provides VERY easy instructions. Very nice machine and company.
Very happy with my purchase of the walking pad. Not disappointed at all!
It's only been 3 days since I've received the walking pad and it been amazing. The belts keeps needing to be adjusted regularly during its use but it's been a great experience so far. The app is too crowded with ads and unwanted updates from people who use the app. I prefer a clean home app so I've been using only the remote.
