A bit smaller than expected. Used to large gym models but this one does the trick if you only walk.
I just recieved my R1 pro rower and even though never had one,i can tell just from being a laborer and physically active my whole life that it is going to tighten and strentghen and tone me up.even at mid range continuous reps are felt.impressed by the build quality and packaging and customer service.glad i bought it.just flip it up and wheel it to wall and stands right up out of way!!! Well, It was a gift for my wife. Despite the delay on receiving the walking pad, how long you guys took..My wife and my daughter are enjoying it very much. Very sturdy and sleek and very quiet. Thank you. Great purchase.
Works as advertised
i love this new rowing machine so much! the comfort and ease of use, even when i don't want to exercise, this machine is just so comfortable and fun, i find myself motivated after i'm finished to keep picking up other equipment around my home gym 😻 i also have the exercise bike and still love that very much.
i must say, deerrun is so consistent with quick shipping, carefully and beautifully packaged equipment, super easy instructions and assembly. i was able to put this machine together during nap time with lots of time leftover to test it, roughly about 45 minutes assembly time. i am also very grateful that the ac adapter is compatible with both the bike and this machine.
