1. Scope of Application

Weekdays (Monday to Friday): All orders will ship within 24 hours.
Weekends and public holidays: This commitment does not apply; orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
📍Estimated Delivery Time will be displayed on the product page, based on the customer's address and warehouse inventory situation.
📦 Estimated Delivery Time Calculation:
After shipping, the nearest warehouse will be matched based on the customer's address, and delivery will be calculated using
UPS, FedEx, or USPS standard shipping.

business days are counted, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Late Shipping Compensation (Late is $10 or Derivative Product Compensation)
If, for reasons on our part (such as failure to ship within 24 hours), your order is delayed, you can receive one of the following three compensation options:

4. Exceptions to Compensation
- ❌ Product Type:
Orders containing Pre-order products are not eligible for the 24-hour shipping commitment. Orders with customized or special specification products (such products will be specifically noted on the product page).
- ❌ Customer Reasons:
Delays due to incorrect address, payment failure, or security checks.
- ❌ Force Majeure (Events beyond our control):
Severe weather (e.g., snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.);
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, wildfires, etc.);
Customs inspections, government regulations;
Logistics company internal issues (e.g., strikes, system failures, etc.).
- ❌Late Claims:
Orders for which a compensation claim is not submitted within 48 hours are not eligible for compensation.

Cancel The Order
Dear friends, if the order is canceled before the order is shipped, the canceled order will receive a full
refund. For cancellation requests after an order has been shipped, a Return Material Authorization needs to be
issued whether or not the customer has received the order.

The Item I Received Is Damaged!

Return Process
