Deerrun has excellent customer service and stayed in touch with throughout the post ordering, fulfillment and delivery of product. My package arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition. Unboxing tales a little time but easy to set up and easy to use. If you're over 350 lbs this is the model for you.
It works well. It screams generic. The app is awful and not user friendly. The treadmill works well and folds in easily but is not sturdy on the hand rails. It stays flimsy even though you use the tools it’s came with to tighten it.
I’ve used commercial gym bikes all my life and this is a fantastic option for the home. PitPat is really fun and engaging. The info display is bright and looks amazing. Great bike for the price
I have been using the treadmill for a week now. Easy to setup. Takes up minimum footprint. Learning how to use app, PitPat. Even though I need a bit more time getting used to it, I do find it a bit noisy when speed is increased and I need a cup holder.
Love my Deerun treadmill. Great product delivered on time.
