The Q2 is a solid design. Feels like quality, I did have to tweak the belt alignment a bit but it wasnt a big deal and the instructions were clearly written (and on the machine). The app is bloated with pay to play stuff and feels like a micro transaction grift, but you dont need it to use the walk pad.
Impressed with the quality of the product and ease of use. Only down side for me is that the length is a little short for taller people. I am 6 foot and needed to shorten my stride a little to make sure I stayed on the belt.
Durable and quiet. Very easy to set up and use and I love how simple it is to fold up and store away when I’m not using.
So far I am really enjoying my walking pad. It did take about a month to get it because it was on back order but I’ve used it several times since. I’ve dealt with customer service and they’ve been great.
