We can arrange returns and refunds for you quickly and easily if there is a quality issue with the item you received. We are here to help you! If you have any problems with your order, you can always contact our support team.
DeerRun supports worry-free returns and refunds within 60 working days after receiving the goods.

Cancel The Order
Dear friends, if the order is canceled before the order is shipped, the canceled order will receive a full refund. For cancellation requests after an order has been shipped, a Return Material Authorization needs to be issued whether or not the customer has received the order.

Return

If the return is initiated by the consumer for personal reasons (including but not limited to dislike, no longer needed, ordered by mistake, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that the original shipping fee and return shipping fee are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items that show signs of use, damage, improper assembly, missing parts, or are not in original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process
1. If you purchased the product on the official website, please contact us at support@deerruntreadmill.com.
2. You must show a receipt or proof of purchase, we will check and contact you.
3. We will generate a return logistics waybill, which will be picked up by the courier company.
4. After the warehouse receives the return inspection confirmation, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
5. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Processing refunds usually take 10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund, please double-check your bank account.
After that, get in touch with your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear on your credit card.
After that, contact your bank. Processing refunds usually take 3-7 business days.
