I purchased a DeeRun treadmill a couple weeks ago and found out it should not be used on the carpet after one week in. I asked DeerRun if they had an alternative as all floors in my 1-bedroom apartment except the kitchen & bathroom are carpeted.
They offered me the option to return for a refund and asked for information in order to process it. I sent the required info and was told it would be sent to their assigned team and I would be provided an update about the return label asap.
Long story short and after at total of 16 emails, one of which offered me a refund of half the money with no return of the item which I declined because I still wouldn’t be able to use the treadmill due to the carpet, they then offered me a full refund with no item return.
Although all the back and forth emails was starting to get on my nerves, I can truly say DeerRun exhibited great customer service and I was issued a full refund within 2 business days. I would gladly do business with them again should they have something else I can use in the future.

Love my Deer Run treadmill but I lost the remote to it and finally broke down and emailed Deer Run to ask for a replacement. My replacement remote was easily and quickly replaced at a very small fee. Excellent product and super fast and efficient staff! Thank you so much!
I researched a lot of walking pads before deciding on this one! I did not like the price but I justified it by the look of the walking pad...it look sturdy compared to the other brands. I received this least then a week and have used it twice. It came nicely package and fully assemebled. All I had to do was take it out of the box and set up the handle. The handle was tricky at first to get adjusted. The bolts on both sides were already tightened down and I had to really crank on them to loosen! Once loosened I was able to tighten the handled. I have used this twice both time just walking at a max speed of 3.5. Once I used the manual incline which added a little extra to my walking and was very easy to adjust. The second time I walked for total of 75 mins and the motor did great! It is a bit cumbersome which I expected due to the sturdy look of The A1 Pro Walking Pad. I'm not a plus size person but bought the tread with the max capacity of 350 lbs for the wider and longer belt. This tread is still easy to move around but it is heavier then most (I'm very able bodied). It stores nicely upright and the wheels move freely. Motor seems to be quiet but I have not run on this yet so I'm sure it will be a bit louder when the belt speeds up! The belt seems smooth and does not skip. Buttons work well and the tread speeds up and slows down at a quick pace. So far I'm happy with my purchase and hope that I continue to enjoy the walking pad. I did order the mat with this, for the extra padding. I wish I would have ordered the longer cord. The one it comes with is 5ft which seems like a lot but it's not. I wish they would have offered two options on the cord so then there is notwaste.
I originally purchased a treadmill for physical therapy. Deer Run was supportive in helping me correct technical issues. Customer service was responsive and offered options for return.
I used it for the first time and found that it squeaks! I tried lubricant and I hope that fixes the issue but so far not loving the constant sound.
