Buy the extra extension cord unless you don’t mind walking into wall feeling. Lightweight and easy to move.
Love the treadmill however, only received 1 of the hand rail screws instead of 2. Otherwise, super easy to set up and nice walking pad.
Got my treadmill set up! Did an hour workout this morning! It beat my expectations and I know it will be perfect for me. Its small, but supports my weight and size with ease. Its cute too!
I ordered the treadmill with the understanding it would be delivered in 2-4 business days. I did not receive it until approximately three weeks after ordering and tracking/updates required a phone call by me when a simple email notification should have been expected. The operator I spoke to was polite and said it was back-ordered and would be shipping in several days. That aside, the treadmill seems to be of excellent quality and I have used it several times daily since it arrived and am impressed with the construction and low noise level. I would order again but hope Deerrun works on communication with customers if there is a delay. Also, the tracking through the Shop app was essentially useless for me.
We had to call the assistance number as we couldn't figure out how to make it work. You have to download the app. for this first then it will work, not a good feature. We are retired and it took calling the tech support to learn we had to start with the app. We quickly deleted the app. after though as we were getting texts from people every couple of minutes. Other than the ridiculous app. we like so far. We are both retired, in our 70s, the hand holds are a must for us. It seems to work well though, other than that app!
