I would encourage a little more communication with delays in shipping, I called twice to check on the status and then received an email. I understand the reason for the long delivery and was very excited to receive my product. Once I got the product, assembly was very easy! I have completed three workouts since getting my row machine and it is great! Smooth, challenging and esthetically pleasing! I will be ordering more items in the future!
