Works as promised. I have had it for a week and have done 3, one hour walks. I am 6'2" and 205 so the pad is a little narrow for me but managable.
The belt seems loose or I don’t pick up my feet. My shoes scrape across the belt making it noisy. I wish the BEEEEP when you first turn on wasn’t so loud and long, it freaks my dog out. I had to take it downstairs and turn the music on upstairs. Really good walking workout though.
The Z10 Pro was back ordered, but did receive the item about 16 days after ordering. The box was quite heavy, and after opening, there was a protective metal frame at one end of the box. However it was unclear if this was even part of the treadmill until I called Support to confirm. No instruction booklet was included so I had to hit each button on the dashboard to figure out how to operate it properly...e.g. to start it up, increase/decrease speed, work the incline/decline. You think a pdf would be available on their web site for customers to download, but no. When I emailed them for a copy, they asked for date of order, order number, etc. like this was proprietary info. I ended up figuring out the buttons on the unit.
I had been looking for a smaller treadmill that could easily fold up completely for easy storage between uses. When this one at announced it seemed like a great fit for my needs! The only issue I had was with FedEx and the delivery process but the treadmill itself has been great so far. It's a little heavy but I can still move it around as needed. I will be reaching out to the company as I can't seem to find any directions for how to use the lubrication oil that came with it, but otherwise it works well, is fairly quiet especially since I blast music when I'm on it, and definitely suits my purpose of just needing a nice easy walking treadmill!
The power cord is great, however that should have come standard since the original is very short.
