Originally bought this as a Christmas gift for my elderly mom who needed a good functioning treadmill to stay mobile. It worked great in the beginning. Started having some issues but the customer service was amazing. Help address and fix the issue. Every time I reached out the staff was responsive in a timely manner and able to resolve anything that needed to be done. Usually companies try to avoid customers when there’s a problem but deer run turned out to have excellent customer service. Thanks again! Would recommend based on service alone.

I am so happy I found this lite in weight but heavy on features. I decided on investment time into getting healthier and loose weight. I started walking 30 minute a day and have reached an hour a day and feel so much better.
Overall this mini treadmill is great for the time being, only complaint I have is that there is a space between the walking area and the outter area and your foot almost goes in if you go too close. The quality is definitely on the higher side and I am pleased with it.
