I absolutely love my walking pad. It is the best investment I have made this year. When I'm working on my work items, I just on my walking pad to help me with my productivity and energy. I love the app which connects to my Apple watch which helps track my steps.
Product was shipped very late and customer service was useless. Product does not weigh 86 pounds. It weighs closer to 100. That should be updated. Almost impossible to remove from box without destroying the box(which you need if you have to return). Product works as expected but is very loud.
It looks much better than the towel I was putting over my walking pad to protect it from dust and my cat lol.
Love too work out and get my steps while watching Tv.
I received a machine that was unusable. The company made good on it, shipped a new one and was both kind and fast in making things right. Gotta love great customer service!!
