Cancel The Order
Dear friends, if the order is canceled before the order is shipped, the canceled order will receive a full
refund. For cancellation requests after an order has been shipped, a Return Material Authorization needs to be
issued whether or not the customer has received the order.

Return Process

3. We will generate a return logistics waybill, which will be picked up by the courier company.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipping, the nearest warehouse will be matched based on the customer’s address, and delivery will be calculated using
