Device is working well and meets expectations. Had to call for assistance with the set-up/log-in process.
It's amazing so far. I got it a month ago, and it's super comfortable. The only thing is that the stand for the iPad is a little lower. I'm glad I bought it after reading the reviews of DeerRun and ordered directly from them, rather than getting it through Amazon.
Really happy with this treadmill. Design is really nice and the materials feel like very good quality, especially for the price. We originally ordered a treadmill from a DIFFERENT BRAND that was DOA and didn't work at all and had to send it back. It was more expensive, heavier and didn't have incline adjustment.
The DeerRun Z10 Pro was well packed and easy to setup. Size is great, as compact as it can be while still being practical. I'm used to using full size treadmills at the gym where you can drift forward and back as you walk but with this one you need to adjust to staying in place which is not a big deal. First few minutes I could feel the ball of my foot reaching the end but got used to staying in place all the time. It's pretty quiet and more noise will be made from your shoes making contact. Display is very easy to use and intuitive. I wish there was a setting to reduce the volume of the beeps or silencing them completely but that is minor.
Again, considering that you can walk, run, use incline, and the quality is good, the value of this product is really strong. Cant go wrong.
