I ordered my DeerRun treadmill and it was originally back ordered. Customer Support reached out to inform me and offered filling my order with the same version but a different color. Works for me! I got my treadmill with in days, they failed to ship the mat with my treadmill. A simple email to Customer Service/Support and I got tracking info sent to me for my mat. It got here in a couple days and I am well on my way to a healthier lifestyle!
I love my new walking pad. The display is large enough so I can see. It goes fast enough for a brisk walk. I like walking between 2.7 and 3.0. I'm glad I purchased the longer pad it’s the right length and right width for me. I’m 5’2”. I haven’t used the pit pat app just yet. The walking pad was well packaged when it arrived and I just took it out the box and plugged it in and it was ready to go. The remote control is a nice little bonus. I like it’s not bulky and heavy and it’s pretty quiet too. Now I’ve only had it for 5 days so I have yet to see how long it lasts. But so far so good. I’m very happy.
