I have been looking for a way to be more active during the day. I sit most of the day working and I knew I needed to move more. I have a gym membership and never go. I like the convenience of working out at home because I don’t have to go somewhere else to get it done. I saw an advertisement for DeerRun and it got me thinking but I didn’t get it because I didn’t want to spend the money… I couldn’t stop thinking about it and saw a friend that got one and she hers. So I kept thinking about it and I finally made the purchase. I am so so glad I did! I have been getting my steps in and I feel so much better after I do. It is quiet for a treadmill and is great quality. I love the small sleek design and does not look or feel cheap. It was so easy to unpack and get going. The remote came with batteries and it doesn’t feel cheaply made either. I even jogged and it felt very sturdy. I would highly recommend! I will be getting a standup desk so that I can read or work while walking!
Not 30 min. after I purchased my DeerRun, I began to get a lot of ads on Facebook and saw a lot of comments in the posts regarding long shipping times and lack of communication. I began to immediately regret my purchase and reached out to customer service to try to cancel. With it being so late at night, nobody picked up the phone and I was only able to leave a message. The next day I reached out to someone through Facebook messenger, and they looked into my order. However, shortly after I received their reply, I also received a shipping notification. My DeerRun literally shipped out to me the next day. I informed them that I had a moment of panic because I wasn’t sure I would receive the product that I purchased, but seeing that I just got shipping notification, I would gladly accept the purchase and was excited to try it out. Three days later, it showed up at my door. I have only had it for two days since it arrived yesterday and I have used it both days. I couldn’t be happier. It’s all set up for you. All you have to do is take it out of the box and plug it in and you can start using it! I’m so glad I gave this company a try and the customer service was top-notch in listening to my concerns and making sure I was satisfied. If you’re thinking about buying one, do it!
Works OK so far
I bought this walking pad with the idea in mind that it would be such a convenience to be able to walk indoors instead of doing so outside. I have not been disappointed!!!
Although the mat is not nearly as large as it seems in the photo, it works well.
