The pad arrived when expected and was easy enough to set up. I don't love that it requires an app just to be able to turn it on, especially when it comes with a remote. Why can't the remote work to turn on the pad? My only other complaint is that the beeping for turning it on or changing the speed is obnoxiously loud. I cannot use this pad in the morning without risking waking up my household.
When you order it, you're not told you'll need to download an app on your phone to turn it on. This can be a little discouraging for non techy older people.

I received my treadmill last Thursday. Popped open the box and within 20 minutes it was up and running. Registering it was a pain. This must change DEERRUN.
If you are living in an apartment like me the machine is very compact and will fit well anywhere! The surface of the treadmill I think is very soft, but firm, and is comfortable to walk as well as run on. The length of the treadmill is kind of short compared to the Sole treadmill I had for many years but gets the job done workout wise just fine. The electronic controls are super easy to manipulate and fired up instantly after pulling it out of the box. So far no problems and thoroughly enjoy working out on the treadmill.
