Set up couldn't have been easier. I wish I had realized that the read out on time: distance etc was on the remote and not the actual treadmill. Run s great
We had issues with setting up treadmill and initial customer service person was not helpful but after a second call the customer service was excellent. Everything is great and we love our treadmill.

I ordered this after seeing multiple ads for it and deciding to give it a try. I did have to contact the company about a potential shipping issue and the company handled it very well so I appreciate that. When the box came, it was extremely difficult to open with pieces staple gunned shut. I’m glad the product was protected but it was difficult to unbox. The set up was very simple however. My only complaint now is that the top part is pretty wobbly (where the start / stop and speed buttons are). I’ve tightened it numerous times but it still wobbles. I’m going to try to keep working with it to make sure it’s not user error. Overall, it a good price and I definitely burn a lot of calories using it. Just a few hiccups here and there,
