I received my item this week, this treadmill is strong and sturdy, there is a whole on the box when I received it but the item is not damaged, delivery is kinda confusing I call the company about my order answered me they are waiting for the courier to pickup to their warehouse, but the courier company said they are waiting for deerrun to deliver the item to their store, but its ok I'm glad my order arrived safe, the lubrication is not much so small bottle please send me more thank you.
I am loving this treadmill and the quality of it is really good. My only complaint and why id give it a 4.5 if allowed is if you start it while youre already standing on it, it has a hard time getting up and going and grinds a little so I start it and then get on once it is going. Other than that its great!

Rating is for ease of ordering, and prompt delivery. I haven't tried treadmill yet, as I need some assistance due to mobility issues.
The cup holder is very strong and works great. Too bad 2 different treadmills did not. Customer service was great though and sent a new one but that also went bad in 2 weeks and they refunded my money. Great company...poor treadmills. Cup holder doesn't do much good when the treadmill doesn't work.
