Free Nationwide Shipping within the Continental United States. Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from shipping. Items on pre-order may be shipped earlier or later than expected due to production uncertainties. But trust us, we will send it out as fast as we can when it is in stock, so please be patient.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new DeerRun accessories, you can process a return for a refund within 60 days of purchase. All accessories must be shipped with the original packaging. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Please note that if an accessory sells for less than $30, it cannot be returned for consumer reasons.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
