I am happy to say that this purchase was worth it! I am satisfied with the construction and design of this particular treadmill. Easy to set up and adjust. Easy to understand instructions. Nice they included an adjustment tool. I did have to purchase a separate 10 foot extension cord but it was worth it. Should have come with a ten foot cord but that's ok. Overall nice job and I have been using from the first day I have received it! Thank you! Dave
Very happy with my deerrun treadmill. The pitpat app is clunky and honestly impossible to navigate. Needs to be completely revamped. The app works but it’s so confusing and loaded with crap you barely can find the treadmill remote.
Very happy with my Deer Run A1 Pro walking pad. However, when I ordered it, it looked like the cord was separate so I ordered it along with the pad. Then when I unpacked the walking pad the cord was included, and I called to see how to return the extra one. I was told it was nonrefundable, and I had to keep it.
Being 67 years old, I wanted a walking pad with arms to grab for balance, if needed, as well as a higher weight limit for sturdiness (350 lbs for this one) and a longer, wider walking platform.
This Deer Run model fit the bill. It’s a bit heavier, as it is more like a mini-treadmill than a true walking pad. We also needed something fairly compact that we could use in our family room while watching TV.
My husband and I love it. We used to walk a lot and even jog some together, but since I retired and he is busier than ever at work, I don’t enjoy going out walking alone.
This pad is very sturdy, easy to operate from the control panel (does not come with a remote control), and has ample room to walk/jog. Love the arms, which can be raised or lowered.
I checked out the PitPat workout app that is available, which sounded cool, but based on all the negative reviews, I decided against trying it out.
We’ve only had this pad for a week, and so far we love it!
