Love my new Deer Run. Stores easily and easy to use. Not quite the feel of a huge treadmill, but it’s not a huge on so it’s perfect!
This treadmill is perfect for me! I had total knee replacement on both knees over a year ago & the treadmill is smooth & cushioned. My knees feel great after using it! I was concerned the width & length wouldn’t be enough; however, it’s just right! Some people said their treadmill hesitated; however, I did not have one issue. I will use this daily to continue to strength my knees & get into better shape! I highly recommend.
Mat is made of good quality. Thicker than I expected. Used treadmill on hardwood floor with and without mat. I personally didn't notice any difference with the noise. It sounded the same.

I had an issue with the product. I reached out to customer service, and got this resolved. They were definitely willing to work with me on finding a reasonable solution. They met customer satisfaction to the fullest.
I have a carpeted apartment and it's not needed. Otherwise this product is amazing!
