I love my new walking pad. The display is large enough so I can see. It goes fast enough for a brisk walk. I like walking between 2.7 and 3.0. I'm glad I purchased the longer pad it’s the right length and right width for me. I’m 5’2”. I haven’t used the pit pat app just yet. The walking pad was well packaged when it arrived and I just took it out the box and plugged it in and it was ready to go. The remote control is a nice little bonus. I like it’s not bulky and heavy and it’s pretty quiet too. Now I’ve only had it for 5 days so I have yet to see how long it lasts. But so far so good. I’m very happy.
I have had mine for only 3 days but I am very happy with it so far. I get on it when I get up in the morning to boost my energy and then I finish my day with another walk on for about 20 minutes each time. I haven't exercised or gone for walks in more than a year and I am over weight had both knees replaced so it has been a challenge but with this walking pad I have been able to get some steps in to try to fight my way back. I strongly recommend it.
I had some issues with the shipping of the walking pad, and the support team was prompt in helping me resolve the issue. They were very understanding and kind which is what anyone would hope for in a support team!
this seems to be a high qualty tread mill. Very smooth operateing and very low noise level.
What I noticed:
The treadmill came very well packaged. It's also very heavy, and I really should have had a helper. The weight is from its strong construction, so I can't say it's a bad thing. However, moving it would have been much simpler with 2 wheels at one end that are disengaged when it lays down, especially since it's advertised as something you can fold up and put away. It's a great home treadmill in size and quality.
