I bought it last week ago and I love it 💯
We were looking for something foldable yet sturdy. Also that inclined. This fit the bill and is just what we wanted.
Arrived on time, very well packaged. Set up was simple and it works. Haven't used it much yet, so may provide future update on operation and reliability. Some of the instructions could be clearer i.e. I don't think my model comes with a safety shutoff, but safety instructions referenced it as a must. Probably weighs closer to 65 pounds vs 350.
Great treadmill for walking and jogging, my only complaint is my remote came crushed on delivery. Giving four stars for poor customer service, I contacted customer service with a photo of the crushed product on delivery date and still have not heard from them!
Very satisfied with Z10 Pro.
