It is perfect for my small space but the pieces that screw in to hold the railing up are not tapped right so they do not go all the way in. It works as is but does wobble a bit making using them and the desktop platform a bit weird. The treadmill itself has worked well so far.
Overall it’s a nice walking pad. However I am not sure if I have a DeerRun brand because the branding is not on the product. Was disappointed but the walking pad is still functional. Not sure if I will be purchasing any other accessories from this website again.

I'm only giving the 4-star rating because of the fact that I ordered and purchased what I thought was a "Deer Run" walking pad and what I received was a "PitPat" walking pad. I'm not sure why or what the difference is but I was definitely under the impression that what I was receiving was a "Deer Run" walking pad. Other than this, the item works well and hopefully is of equal quality. Notification that my initial item was out of stock was advised fairly early and delivery was in fact within the next 2 business days as advised.
I purchased this so that I could exercise year round as I am hoping to loose weight. I currently weigh around 225 lbs thanks to several chronic diseases and the medications I have to take to control them. I love that it has a button you can press to get an incline if you want.
The hardest part of setting this machine up, was opening the extremely heavily tapped box. You will have a lot of polystyrene trash, and a large piece of metal to dispose of, as well as a huge box and some other cardboard when you have unpacked it. Actually setting the machine up took 5 minutes. It comes with a little oil for and some tools.
Delivery took several months, and the orange mat I ordered took an extra month because they must have been out of stock.
I wish this actually had a cup holder! Being forced to purchase one after paying several hundred dollars for the machine seems like a poor business decision. I would also wait for one of the numerous sales to purchase this because you can save a couple of hundred dollars off the price.
