Rating is for ease of ordering, and prompt delivery. I haven't tried treadmill yet, as I need some assistance due to mobility issues.
The cup holder is very strong and works great. Too bad 2 different treadmills did not. Customer service was great though and sent a new one but that also went bad in 2 weeks and they refunded my money. Great company...poor treadmills. Cup holder doesn't do much good when the treadmill doesn't work.
This equipment and I had a rough start. But the bumps have been smoothed out, and I use it daily. It is heavier than I thought it would be. So finding a place for it was difficult. I think it's going to be great for me, for the long run!
Required no assembly. But I couldn't get it to turn on. I was starting to question if it was true that I could use it without the App. Then I googled issues with starting this machine and found this angel:

"In case anyone is having an issue where your walking pad powers on but won't start and just screams at you with the high-pitched beeping every time you press your remote, I have a potential solution. Deerun customer service says:
Turn on the treadmill, take out the remote control
Press the deceleration button (minus) three times (short presses).
Press the acceleration button (plus) once (short press).
Press and hold the acceleration button (plus) for two seconds.
When you hear a long beep, the activation is successful. Then, press the middle button to check if the machine responds. (Mine didn't do the long beep, but it worked anyway).
That should help, hopefully. I tried everything else in this thread but when it didn't work, this did. They tried to steer me to the PitPat app first, which, pass. Good luck!"
I love to read books and I can safely read them safely and exercise my legs, abdomen and back muscles!
(Safely, I’m clumsy on a walker trying to hold and read at the same time Lol)
