Very sturdy
Its compactness allows me to place it between two living room chairs without really changing the look of my room. Works smoothly and comfortably.
Instructions say to save the box for return or repair, but the item is packed so thoroughly that you have to literally tear the box apart to get ready for set up the walking pad - thus the reduction of one star.
Easy to put together and use.
the treadmill is great, the cord is just very short.
I am 238 lbs, this model is basic but surprisingly sturdy and serves its purpose. Assembly was easy as advertised. I should have purchased the Z10 model that has more amenities.
