While I am satisfied with the functionality and performance of the product, I wish that it had a wider walking surface of at least 24 inches.
I’ve had it for a few days now and used it every day. But no matter what I do, after a few minutes the belt will shift to one side or the other and start making a loud squealing noise, and I’ll have to stop walking to adjust it. Which is super frustrating when you’re trying to keep a consistent pace and keep your heart rate up. I don’t understand what the problem is, and other than that, I love it, so I hope I can figure it out.

I love my new treadmill. The price point was great and the treadmill is solid. I will say that the directions that came in with set up said to tighten the bottom screws, but they were already super tight. I was running and it folded up on me!!!!
UNSCREW the tightened screws at the bottom on each side and rescrew them in so this doesn’t happen to you!
I would recommend their products to anyone!
