I was kind of iffy about whether or not I would like or use this treadmill, but it has been a game changer. I work from home and spend a lot of time on calls and the computer and am walking an average of 5 miles a a day. And I feel better than I have in years.
It's a very good bike and the app is also a plus, but if your going to bike for long periods of time look to buy the comfortable ergonomic seat.

Very easy to assemble and that is a lot coming from a person who hates assembling things. Nice size and beautiful color.

I purchased the one with the Christmas look to brighten up things a bit. Easy to get started with setting it up out of the box and have used it 2 days now. My concern is my normal walking stride is longer so am still feeling uncomfortable about the length of the walking pad to be honest. I've hit the rear roller a couple of times which is unnerving and am wondering if I should return it or if they offer a bar I can attach to the sides to steady my stride better. I also ordered the mat but it hasn't arrived yet.
