It was a bit difficult to determine if each part was in the right place. Some extra labeling might help. But, I got it together and it will be just right for its purpose. It took 2 months to get it delivered. Seemed a lot longer than it should have been.
I wish it was adjustable for height for taller people.We were missing 4 bolts. So we had to buy some.
I ordered this on 12/22/24 and it finally arrived on 1/9/25. Lots of back and forth in email and messenger. FedEx tracking had it in Rincon, GA from 12/23 - 12/5, never moving. There must have been multiple DIFFERENT reps responding in messenger and email, because it seems NONE of them read previous messages and kept responding with the same information and "checking to see if it's lost."
Putting this together was really easy. Getting it out of the box probably took more time, very well packed. I ordered the Treadmill mat and the extra long extension cord. Very easy set up, which my son and I did on 1/11/25. When starting, the notification is REALLY LOUD. I've walked a few times and it's really smooth and sturdy. Perfect size for my small living room.
I highly recommend being very careful when getting off the treadmill and stepping off to the side, as the treadmill belt will slip a bit under foot.
I hope to get a LOT of use out of this treadmill. It's just the beginning!
The treadmill is surprisingly sturdy and I was able to haul it up steep stairs by myself in the folded position. I can’t believe the high quality of the belt and how well it was packaged and glad I took advantage of the sale and the extra purchase of the mat and extension cord. I do wish the beeping sounds had the ability to toggle off, they are quite loud and it makes it less likely that I can use it when others in the house are sleeping. Overall the benefit far outweighs the minor inconvenience.
Finally received the hand rail and immediately assembled it and installed the treadmill. It fit perfectly and the hand rail is sturdy. I also attached a device holder (for my Kindle), so now I can begin a daily walk and read at the same time.
