At first I could not figure it out for the life of me and could not get it started. Once I downloaded the app it unlocked it and has worked great ever since. I don't use the app, just use it manually and I love it. Its perfect to slide under my bed when not in use.
I spent months reviewing walking pads and watching prices. I finally decided on the DeerRun Z20. It did take some time for it to arrive, maybe a month. I got it hauled into my office at work and I was so excited to get it setup and start using it! Sadly, one of its legs was broken completely off and the remote didn't work (which I think was actually an issue with the walking pad, not the remote itself). It had been packed up so good for shipping, but somewhere in the transportation path of it getting to me, it got damaged. I was so disappointed. I contacted DeerRun support and they replied right away and have completely supported their product! I'm now happily walking while working in my office.
Exact tool I need to get my steps in daily.
It was very well packed and strapped for shipping. Arrived by date promised. Super happy it was mainly assembled and just needed the bars bolted on.
Does not make a lot of noise while using and it’s easy to mivee around when needed.
I bought this to supplement my big NOISY treadmill downstairs. I wanted something I could walk on early in the morning that wouldn't wake up the whole house. It is VERY quiet -- I have used it a couple of times already, and no one heard it at all. It fits nicely in a corner of my living room. It is lightweight and rolls easily to put away. The cons are ones I accept for the cost and the fact that I wanted something small upstairs. You have to pay attention when you are walking... the track is narrow. I wish the handrails were a bit taller, but they are the same height as the length of the treadmill for folding and putting away. To put it away, you have to unscrew two screws EVERY time to be able to fold the handles, but once you get the hang of it, it really isn't a big deal. Overall, I'm very pleased, and it works great for what I wanted it for.
This treadmill is so convenient, small, works perfectly well and easy to handle. Feels like a small luggage that can be tucked away anywhere, especially for small spaces. I love it and def recommend it.
