Price Lock Guarantee Terms

Important: Price Lock Guarantee protects the price of an eligible DeerRun preorder through the promised ship date shown at the time of purchase. If the same eligible product is offered at a lower qualifying price, DeerRun may issue the approved difference as a DeerRun digital gift card.
These Price Lock Guarantee Terms apply to the optional Price Lock Guarantee service offered by DeerRun for eligible preorder purchases. By purchasing Price Lock Guarantee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Price Lock Guarantee is an optional value-added preorder support service offered directly by DeerRun. It is designed to protect customers against certain qualifying price reductions that may occur after an eligible preorder is placed.
Price Lock Guarantee is not insurance, a financial product, an investment product, or a cash refund guarantee. It is an optional promotional service provided by DeerRun and is not provided by a third-party insurer.
2. Eligible Orders
Price Lock Guarantee applies only to eligible DeerRun preorder products purchased together with Price Lock Guarantee in the same order.
To qualify, the order must meet all of the following conditions:
- The order includes an eligible DeerRun preorder product.

Price Lock Guarantee was added to the same order before checkout was completed.
- The protected product remains active and has not been canceled, fully refunded, returned, or charged back.
- The lower price applies to the same eligible product model and variant.
- The lower price appears during the applicable Price Lock protection period.
3. Service Fee
Price Lock Guarantee service fee: 1% of the eligible preorder product subtotal
The service fee is calculated using the actual eligible preorder product subtotal displayed in the cart when the service is added.
Accessories, taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, promotional gifts, Shipping Protection, Ship-Date Protection, Wait & Earn Credit, and other services are not included in the Price Lock Guarantee fee calculation.
4. Price Lock Protection Period
The Price Lock protection period begins when the eligible order is placed and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the promised ship date shown at the time of purchase.
The protection period is based on the original promised ship date, not the final delivery date or the date the customer receives the product.
A later change to the estimated delivery date does not automatically extend the Price Lock protection period unless DeerRun confirms otherwise in writing.
5. What Counts as an Eligible Lower Price
A lower price may qualify only when all of the following requirements are met:
- The lower price is publicly displayed on the official DeerRun U.S. website.
- The offer applies to the same product model, color, size, configuration, and variant.
- The product is new and sold directly by DeerRun.
- The lower price is available during the applicable Price Lock protection period.
- The lower price does not require a private, personalized, employee, affiliate, influencer, or account-specific discount code.
- The lower price can be reasonably verified by DeerRun.
6. Price Difference Calculation
Eligible reward: Protected purchase price − qualifying lower price
Approved differences are issued as DeerRun digital gift cards.
The protected purchase price is the amount paid for the eligible product after product-level discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, service fees, accessories, and other non-product charges.
If more than one qualifying lower price appears during the protection period, DeerRun may calculate the reward using the lowest qualifying and verifiable price.
Price Lock Guarantee does not refund the original order or reduce the balance of the original transaction.
7. How to Submit a Price Lock Claim
To request a Price Lock adjustment, contact DeerRun Customer Support and provide the information required to review the claim.
Please provide:
- Your DeerRun order number.
- The product name, color, and variant included in the protected order.
- A screenshot showing the qualifying lower price.
- The date and approximate time when the lower price was displayed.
- The official DeerRun product page where the lower price appeared.
DeerRun may review product-page records, promotional records, order records, pricing history, discount conditions, and other internal records when evaluating a claim.
Claim deadline: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the original promised ship date. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

8. Multiple Items and Quantity Changes
If an order includes multiple eligible preorder products, Price Lock Guarantee applies only to eligible products covered by the service.
Each protected model and variant will be compared separately. A lower price on one product does not create a reward for a different product, color, configuration, or variant.
If the quantity of the eligible preorder product changes, the service fee and the maximum eligible price adjustment may be recalculated based on the final protected quantity.
9. Exclusions
Price Lock Guarantee does not apply to:
- Prices offered by Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, retail stores, distributors, or other third-party sellers.
- Different products, colors, sizes, specifications, bundles, or variants.
- Refurbished, used, returned, open-box, display, clearance, or discontinued products.
- Private or personalized coupon codes.
- Employee, affiliate, influencer, wholesale, business, or partner discounts.
- Financing promotions, payment-plan incentives, store credit, or gift-card promotions.
- Free gifts, gift-with-purchase promotions, bundle gifts, or accessory values.
- Shipping fees, taxes, duties, protection fees, installation fees, or other service fees.
- Pricing errors, technical errors, unauthorized promotions, or incorrectly displayed prices.
- Orders canceled, returned, fully refunded, charged back, or under payment review.
- Lower prices displayed after the applicable protection period has ended.
10. Reward Delivery and Gift Card Use
Once DeerRun verifies that a claim qualifies, the approved price difference will be issued as a DeerRun digital gift card and sent to the email address associated with the order.
DeerRun digital gift cards may be used on eligible purchases at deerruntreadmill.com, subject to the applicable gift-card terms.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to adjust, reduce, or refund the original protected order.
11. Important Notes
- Price Lock Guarantee cannot be purchased as a standalone item.
- It must be purchased with an eligible preorder product in the same order.
- It applies only to qualifying prices on the official DeerRun U.S. website.
- It does not guarantee that the product price will decrease.
- It does not replace DeerRun’s standard return, refund, warranty, or customer-support policies.
- DeerRun reserves the right to verify all pricing and claim information before issuing a reward.
