Wait & Earn Credit Terms

Important: Wait & Earn Credit allows customers with an eligible full-payment preorder to earn $0.50 in DeerRun Credit for each eligible waiting day, up to a maximum reward of $200 per eligible order.

These Wait & Earn Credit Terms apply to the optional Wait & Earn Credit service offered by DeerRun for eligible preorder purchases. By purchasing Wait & Earn Credit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Wait & Earn Credit is an optional value-added preorder support service offered directly by DeerRun. It allows eligible customers to earn DeerRun digital gift card credit based on the number of qualifying days between placing an eligible preorder and the shipment of the protected product.

Wait & Earn Credit is not interest, an investment return, insurance, compensation for damages, or a cash refund service. It is an optional promotional service provided by DeerRun.

2. Eligible Orders

Wait & Earn Credit applies only to eligible full-payment preorder products purchased together with Wait & Earn Credit in the same order.

To qualify, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The order includes an eligible full-payment preorder product.
  • Wait & Earn Credit was added to the same order before checkout was completed.
  • The eligible preorder product remains fully paid and active until shipment.
  • The order is not canceled, fully refunded, returned, or charged back before reward approval.
  • The customer submits a valid reward request within the required claim period.

3. Service Fee

Wait & Earn Credit service fee: 1% of the eligible preorder product subtotal

The service fee is calculated using the actual eligible preorder product subtotal displayed in the cart when the service is added.

Accessories, taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, promotional gifts, Shipping Protection, Ship-Date Protection, Price Lock Guarantee, and other services are not included in the fee calculation.

4. How Eligible Waiting Days Are Calculated

Eligible waiting days are calculated using calendar days between the eligible preorder date and the actual ship date recorded by DeerRun.

The order date is treated as Day 0. Credit begins accumulating on the following calendar day and stops when the eligible preorder product ships.

The actual ship date will be determined using DeerRun fulfillment records, carrier pickup records, or the first valid carrier acceptance or tracking event.

Partial calendar days are not counted. DeerRun may verify order, fulfillment, and carrier records before approving a reward.

5. Reward Rules

Reward amount: $0.50 DeerRun Credit per eligible waiting day

Maximum reward: $200 per eligible order

Reward examples:

  • 30 eligible waiting days = $15 DeerRun Credit.
  • 60 eligible waiting days = $30 DeerRun Credit.
  • 120 eligible waiting days = $60 DeerRun Credit.
  • The maximum available reward is $200 per eligible order.
  • Rewards are issued only as DeerRun digital gift cards.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to the original protected order.
  • The customer must complete the claim process before the reward can be issued.

6. How to Claim Your Reward

After the eligible preorder product has been delivered, the customer must contact DeerRun Customer Support to request the Wait & Earn Credit reward.

Claim deadline: The reward request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the eligible product is delivered.

Claims submitted after the 7-day claim period may expire and may not be accepted.

Please provide:

  • Your DeerRun order number.
  • The name of the protected preorder product.
  • Tracking information showing the product ship date and delivery date.
  • The email address associated with the eligible order.

DeerRun will calculate the eligible waiting period using verified order, fulfillment, and carrier records.

Once approved, the corresponding DeerRun digital gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

7. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

If an order includes multiple eligible preorder products, the eligible waiting period may be calculated separately for each protected item.

For split shipments, credit stops accumulating for each protected product when that product ships. Products that have already shipped do not continue accumulating additional waiting credit.

The combined maximum reward remains $200 per eligible order.

8. Order Changes and Customer-Requested Holds

Waiting days caused by a customer-requested change, hold, postponement, address correction, payment issue, delivery rescheduling, or order verification may be excluded from the eligible waiting-day calculation.

If the customer asks DeerRun to delay shipment after the product becomes available, the additional waiting period may not qualify for Wait & Earn Credit.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks

  • Canceled orders are not eligible for Wait & Earn Credit.
  • Fully refunded orders are not eligible for Wait & Earn Credit.
  • Orders subject to a payment dispute or chargeback are not eligible.
  • Orders returned before reward approval may become ineligible.
  • The Wait & Earn service fee may be non-refundable once the protected waiting period has begun, except where required by law.

10. Exclusions

Wait & Earn Credit does not apply in the following situations:

  • The order does not include Wait & Earn Credit.
  • The product is not an eligible full-payment preorder product.
  • The service was not purchased in the same order as the protected product.
  • The customer fails to submit a claim within 7 calendar days after delivery.
  • The order is canceled, fully refunded, returned, or charged back.
  • The waiting period is caused by payment failure, fraud review, or order verification.
  • The customer requests a shipment hold, address change, delivery change, or postponement.
  • The product has already shipped.
  • The order was placed using a deposit-only payment option rather than an eligible full-payment preorder.
  • The customer provides incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable claim information.

11. Reward Delivery and Gift Card Use

Once DeerRun verifies that the claim qualifies, the approved Wait & Earn Credit reward will be sent as a DeerRun digital gift card to the email address associated with the order.

DeerRun digital gift cards may be used on eligible purchases at deerruntreadmill.com, subject to the applicable gift-card terms.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to reduce or refund the original protected preorder.

Gift card expiration and use restrictions, if any, will be stated in the gift-card email and will comply with applicable law.

12. Important Notes

  • Wait & Earn Credit cannot be purchased as a standalone item.
  • It must be purchased with an eligible full-payment preorder product in the same order.
  • Customers must contact DeerRun within 7 calendar days after delivery to redeem the reward.
  • It does not guarantee that the product will ship on a particular date.
  • It does not replace DeerRun’s standard shipping, return, refund, or warranty policies.
  • DeerRun reserves the right to verify all order and shipment information before issuing a reward.
