Works amazingly well! It takes a moment to adjust the belt, but once it’s set, it stays in place. Super quiet—my husband didn’t even realize I was using it until he walked into the living room. Highly recommend!

Takes some getting used to but easy to set up.

I was looking for something to supplement walking on days that are too hot, rainy, or too cold. This is perfect for that. It's so compact and can be slid under furniture easily. It's very light and easy to move around. The cord is also a nice length and allows for optimal placement in a space. It is louder than I expected, given its size and does not have a pause feature. Once you stop it, it starts all over again. I do love the remote feature and the countdown to start.
This does not give the impression of something that could be used daily, at full speed, for long bouts ; but is a nice addition for an active person or someone who is starting a fitness journey.

I fractured a few bones in my back a couple of months ago. Can't ride the recumbent bike but I needed to do something. Bought this and it fits perfectly in my small room. I bought it without the bar to hold on to. I may have to order the attachment for balance. I like the size and convenience to be able to walk even when the weather is bad.
