This Treadmill is ok for the price if you don't have alot of room. The only problem I have found so far is the belt which I have to constantly adjust due to shifting from one side to another and not staying in one place after adjustment!

I just received my treadmill but have not had a chance to set it up. I have looked everything over and read through the instructions and it is definitely worth the money. Looking forward to getting started on a new routine.

I purchased a DeeRun treadmill a couple weeks ago and found out it should not be used on the carpet after one week in. I asked DeerRun if they had an alternative as all floors in my 1-bedroom apartment except the kitchen & bathroom are carpeted.

They offered me the option to return for a refund and asked for information in order to process it. I sent the required info and was told it would be sent to their assigned team and I would be provided an update about the return label asap.

Long story short and after at total of 16 emails, one of which offered me a refund of half the money with no return of the item which I declined because I still wouldn’t be able to use the treadmill due to the carpet, they then offered me a full refund with no item return.

Although all the back and forth emails was starting to get on my nerves, I can truly say DeerRun exhibited great customer service and I was issued a full refund within 2 business days. I would gladly do business with them again should they have something else I can use in the future.

I can say I dont like the app but i do love that it's easy to slide out of the way and simple to operate with the remote

I appreciate the cost and to be able to pick and choose the accessories I want. Absolutely LOVE my Deer Run Treadmill!
