Free Nationwide Shipping within the Continental United States. Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from shipping. Items on pre-order may be shipped earlier or later than expected due to production uncertainties. But trust us, we will send it out as fast as we can when it is in stock, so please be patient.

Returns:

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the DeerRun accessories. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Please note that if an accessory sells for less than $30, it cannot be returned for consumer reasons.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
