I have the CT05 Version before this one was upgraded to the 2025 A5 Pro, bought back in December… & I have NOTHING BUT (shipping took aWFULKY LONG W/ hardly ANY HELP from customer Service) MOSTLY GREAT things to say about my experiences with it!!
& I had actually been expecting difficulties based on past reviews & others that had same equipment, complaints. But as long as you keep your belt lubricated & take care of it? You will realize this was an investment in your FUTURE HEALTH!! I have had multiple issues w/ their customer service so i would say 3stars but just based on the EQUIPMENT? It’s 5 STARS!⭐️ All the Way!

(Now if Customer Service could be more helpful & efficient? I’d have NOTHING but Amazing things to say about DeerRun as a Company altogether!! But they only get 1 star 🌟 if I could give 0 for them I would)

Great treadmill

Thank god I bought this treadmill I love it walk everyday feeling great so easy to carry everywhere I would recommend this treadmill to everyone .

Nice addition to my workout

My trainer has been after me to do more cardio so this treadmill fits the bill! It was easy to set up -- although the hardest part was unpacking it! It works well and is not noisy. The speed range is perfect for me -- can't imagine going faster than 6MPH. It is easy to store although I am looking for a good place to keep it set up all the time. Nice product! I am pleased so far.
