Overall, very happy with treadmill. It is very quite while operating, except when it is first turned on. It's a very loud sound that's longer & louder than other treadmills I've been on. The other problem I have is I'm unable to stabilize the handrails. the bolts will not loosen (page 07 step 2 of Installation Steps). I've been using the handrails in their upright position, because if I use them in the horizontal position the electronic panel will start to fold downwards. Other than those two items, I'm able to use the treadmill and find it easy to use and quiet enough so that I don't turn up the volume on my TV. Glad I made the purchase.
First of all, I ordered on a Saturday and this was delivered on Tuesday. The packaging was very well done, very secure. The device was easy to set up and connect to my phone. It has a very slim profile and fits underneath my couch. The remote is very helpful and the app is so much fun.
The treadmill seems to work well, it’s a little shorter than I expected so it doesn’t work for my husband. The app is annoying to use, so I just track my stats on my own. I also hate the beeping, wish there was a way to turn that off. Overall though it seems well made and sturdy.
Very well made piece of equipment that’ll support all of our treadmill needs. When we first received the treadmill, we had an issue with it during setup. We contacted DeerRun Customer Service and emailed the requested information to expedite problem resolution. Customer Service got back to us in minimal time and provided the courses of action. They offered us a full refund or a new treadmill replacement. We happily accepted the replacement treadmill and the new equipment was on its way. The Tracking Number was immediately sent to us. We couldn’t believe how quickly DeerRun responded to our issue. DeerRun and its Customer Service are top notch, friendly and truly cares about customer satisfaction. We were totally impressed with how smooth things went and the information flow throughout the problem resolution, until receiving the new treadmill. We’ll be purchasing all of our exercise equipment through DeerRun. Truly an Outstanding Company.
This treadmill is very convenient. It lays nicely in the corner and can easily be moved. I use it for walking. I did not purchase the bar but I may have to for supporting balance.
