I'm 76...when I got the 12 Treadmill, I fell off once...you lose track of where you're stepping. With the table, I can hold on to something....not that I'm holding on for 'Dear Life' , but it just gives me a sense of 'location'. Strongly recommended, especially when you start 'elevating' the track.

This accessory has done wonders for my ADHD. Completing work I had to bring home was hard because I could not focus. Now, my feet can move while my mind can focus on the processing and thinking! Easy to assemble AND I was able to convince some friends/family to purchase one as well. Very happy with this purchase!

I have to say this is a great table for my treadmill. It makes my walking routine easier because I can read or easily use my iPad while walking so it makes the time go by quicker.

Also it is comforting to know that for safety I have something I can touch so I won’t lose my balance. My husband put chair guards under the rollers to keep the table in place, so I feel more secure. I wouldn’t put my whole weight on it for sure but it is nice to know I can lightly put my hands on it if I want. It is well worth the price.

I haven’t used it yet. But the measurements seem accurate, it’s a good size: bigger than i thought it was going to be. But it feels really stable and sturdy and perfect for what i need it for.
