Product is good, no issues at all, strong, heavy, looks nice simple to use, good stuff.
Now the extremely frustrating part is the belt alignment procedure. I cannot comprehend how in 2026, and after years in the market these people can't create better and more simple, straightforward way to indicate how and when you should align the belt. Incredibly frustrating, not reliable at all, giving 1/4 turns on a wrench, and visually, without any cue or experience, determining the alignment for the belt. Just absurd.

I purchased this along with a treadmill to get ready for winter.
The bike was simple to put together and the app that comes with it gamifies exercise in a fun way.
Because of the long shaft with the pedals, the seat needed to be put at the top of the height range and the handlebars did too. This is due to my husband having limited mobility in his left leg. When I rode, the settings were at 1 and 4 seat and handlebars.
Glad to have caught the sale.
Perfect for small spaces. Very easy to move and works well. I would recommend this product.
