I bought this in light blue from my hospital bed after having yet another cardiac scare. If arrived at my home 5 days later. My son easily set it up . I tried it out just walking at my own speed. I know that I already love this treadmill and I can easily work it into my schedule after a busy day at the office. I love that the treadmill is super quiet and has a holder for my cellphone or tablet plus cup holders. I can slowly build my strength back up with this working myself up to the 6 percent incline
